Harmony Village, the memory care program at CareOne, is dedicated to giving residents a fulfilled life in concert with others. We aim to help those living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments by providing them with a safe, secure and soothing environment.

The team at CareOne’s Harmony Village is specially trained to work with people who are living with memory impairments, and we understand the progression of each condition. We also know how to work with residents and their families to create a personalized care plan that maximizes independence and works toward quality of life enhancement.

We understand that our residents are not the only ones affected by memory disorders, which is why we offer support to family members and caregivers of those living with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments, whether they live here in New Jersey or out of state. CareOne has a number of resources and support groups to help families understand and encourage their loved ones.

At Harmony Village, we have a variety of services to keep your loved one safe, healthy and active. Our living environments offer on-site physician care and a health center, as well as 24-hour nurses, caregivers and nutritionists. We also provide assistance with personal care and medication management to ensure that our residents always have proper care.

Day-to-day life at Harmony Village encourages activity, fellowship and health. We offer our residents transportation to and from personal appointments, specialized activities and recreation, in addition to daily housekeeping services.
